This ambitious infill development project is transforming a 303 acre former railyard into one of San Francisco's most desirable neighborhoods, and a hugely successful national model of sustainable, transit-oriented development.

This approximately one acre site directly above the 19th Street BART station. 

The site will be redeveloped with a 28-story, 300 unit residential tower and

approximately 12,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The

Tapscott Building will be retained, restored and incorporated into

the overall project.
